Our standard MOQ is 25 kg per product. For some premium items like saffron, it may be lower. Contact us for specific requirements.
Do you offer samples?
Yes! We offer product samples so you can verify quality before committing to a bulk order. Use our Sample Request form. Sample shipping charges may apply.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept wire transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C), and PayPal for smaller orders. Verified wholesale accounts get Net 30 payment terms.
How long does shipping take?
Transit times vary: Middle East 7-12 days, SE Asia 10-18 days, Europe 18-28 days, Americas 25-35 days. See our Shipping Info page for details.
Are your products certified?
Yes. We are FSSAI certified, APEDA registered, ISO 22000 compliant, and registered with the Spice Board of India. Organic certification available for select products.
Can you do private labeling?
Absolutely. We offer custom packaging with your brand name, logo, and design. MOQ for private label is typically 500 kg per SKU.
What documents do you provide with shipments?
Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, COA, and Health Certificate.
